With over 20 years of experience and a background in psychology, I utilize my creativity and exceptional dedication to deliver excellence in personnel and training development, claims and risk efficiency, and management of processes and procedures.  In all my work, I focus on building strengths and minimizing weaknesses through change management, training and development, claims and data analysis, and process improvement.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business & Professional Management (Minor in Psychology) in 2008, Masters of Business Administration (minor in Accounting) in 2010, a Doctorate,  in Adult Education; specializing in Organizational Leadership, Certification in Professional Coaching, Certification in Conflict management, Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, and an Associate in Claims Management(AIC-M) designation. Additionally, I am a licensed insurance adjuster and a licensed insurance agent across all lines.

I have worked with a number of high-level organizations/corporations within the insurance industry, where I effectively developed training programs and instructed employees and management on new products/services, procedures, systems, and managed multiple claims departments . I also ensured high levels of customer service, analyzed a broad array of risks within an organization, and matched risks with applicable services and solutions that best addressed customized client needs.

Adorned with a loyal, adaptive, ambitious and self-motivated personality, I prefer to see myself as a rolling stone, ever ready to take on any challenge with zeal and precision. But whenever I’m off professional duties, I also enjoy traveling, reading, and cooking (soul food for a healthier soul).
